陶晶瑩和金馬獎最佳導演鍾孟宏，今（16）日為拍金馬宣傳影片接受媒體訪問，期間鍾導更透露陶子有拍電影的計畫，他更自薦當攝影，希望陶子當導演。
提到拍電影，陶子透露心中一直有一二個故事，是跟苦悶的主婦、隔代教養等家庭生活有關，並解釋現在自己年紀也不小了，想做一點不一樣的事，因此在不久的未來想要把這些故事拍成電影，其中一個劇本大綱也已經出來了，甚至和鍾孟宏導演討教討論過。鍾導也認為陶子很有自己的想法，其實可以當導演，陶子雖然滿口不敢當，但也可以感覺她的企圖心。
大家可能有所不知，其實陶子和鍾孟宏導演認識10幾年了，一直有接觸，鍾導也提到以前拍的很多片都要謝謝陶子幫忙，因此這次一聽說是幫連續二屆當主持人的陶子，拍攝金馬宣傳影片，便一口答應，陶子更透露去年參加鍾導《一路順風》的慶功宴，就聽到許多八卦，她要好好想想，也許可以在頒獎典禮上爆料出來，讓一旁的鍾導直冒冷汗。

關於這次陶子的金馬宣傳片，鍾孟宏導演則透露，會以陶子的臉為主，呈現她有趣的一面，並且輔以魅力的旁白，這不禁讓大家猜測，會是《大佛普拉斯》的導演兼旁白黃信堯嗎，他的聲音被影迷戲稱「聽了會懷孕」，對此，鍾導並沒有否認，但表示也要看阿堯導演有沒有空才成。
